| | Because every stained glass project is unique, each stained glass commission must be quoted on a individual basis. The variables that affect the cost of stained glass include the style and size of the window, number, colors and textures of individual pieces of glass used, amount of painting, plating and bevels involved, style of custom framing and protective glazing, overall square footage and method of fabrication.
My prices generally run in the neighborhood of 125.00/sq.ft. for a basic design up to several hundreds of dollars per square foot for the more elaborate windows such as a figuritive window or one with lots of painting or plating.
I do require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the contract signing. |
